Using tools and methods from Lean, Six Sigma and other scientific management practices, they have developed a streamlined process that can scale to even the most complex projects. “We don’t force advanced tools on less complex problems and processes” stated Hall – “we strive for simplicity in design, implementation and execution – but it’s nice to have the statistical tools at our disposal.”

Eric also brings previous experience in many areas of traditional audio and video production and translates them into the New Media.
